The Role
This is not a “post 3 times a week” role. This is where content, creators, and culture collide.
If you instinctively:
- Spot what’s wrong in a reel within 3 seconds
- Think “this trend could’ve been done way better”
- And feel the urge to just execute it yourself
You’ll thrive here.
You’ll work at the intersection of content creation, influencer partnerships, and on-ground execution, directly with founders.
You won’t just manage creators. You’ll shape what goes live.
You won’t just approve content. You’ll be in the room where it’s created.
And yes — you might be on camera too.
This is a 0→1 content + creator ecosystem role.
What You’ll Own
- Timbuckdo’s content quality, relatability, and consistency
- Influencer pipeline — discovery → onboarding → repeat collaborations
- Execution of shoots, campaigns, and creator-led content
- Building repeatable formats, series, and IPs
- Ensuring everything we put out feels real, not forced
What You’ll Actually Do
- Create and execute high-performing Gen Z content (idea → shoot → output)
- Be actively involved in shoots — scripting, direction, last-minute fixes
- Work with editors and videographers to ensure sharp output
- Identify and onboard creators across niches and campuses
- Build strong relationships with micro and mid-tier influencers
- Run influencer campaigns end-to-end
- Turn trends into content fast — before they die
- Contribute on camera when needed (no hiding behind the scenes)
- Continuously improve what works — formats, hooks, storytelling
Who This Is For
- 2–5 years in Content / Social Media / Influencer Marketing
- Hands-on experience creating content (not just managing it)
- Experience working with creators or running campaigns
- Someone who understands how content actually performs — not just how it looks

- Execution speed — ideas are useless if they don’t go live fast
- Ownership — you don’t wait for briefs, you create them
- On-ground instinct — you can fix things mid-shoot
