Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Manager – Services & Commissioning. The role involves managing service operations and overseeing the commissioning of water and wastewater treatment systems. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising installation processes, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely project completion. The Manager will also lead a team, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and maintain excellent client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems, installation, and commissioning
- Experience in project planning, execution, and team management
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues
- Understanding of quality and safety standards in the water treatment industry
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required
- Prior experience in water and wastewater treatment or related industries is preferred
