- Job Responsibilities: Oversee the SAP ERP system and ensure smooth business operations.
- Lead SAP implementation, customisation, and integration with other IT systems.
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity.
- Provide functional support for SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, MM, FICO, SD, etc.).
- Troubleshoot SAP and IT system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Work with SAP consultants and vendors for upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and IT policy implementation.
- Train internal teams on SAP functionalities and best practices.
- Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 5+ years in SAP ERP (functional & implementation) and IT management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, MM, FICO, SD, etc.).
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, system administration, and security protocols.
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Ability to lead IT teams and coordinate with different departments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
