We are looking to bring on board a Manager – Sales & Partnerships in Mumbai — someone who brings a strong understanding of the luxury travel landscape, along with a natural inclination towards relationship-led growth.
The Role
This is an outward-facing role centred on cultivating and strengthening partnerships across the travel trade, alongside selective client engagement. It calls for strong commercial acumen, paired with a refined, intuitive approach, and the ability to move seamlessly between boardroom conversations and on-ground sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
-Cultivate and strengthen relationships across the luxury travel trade, including agencies, travel
houses, private travel concierges, DMCs, and celebration specialists
-Represent a curated portfolio of international hospitality brands with clarity, nuance, and conviction
-Drive sales through consistent, well-considered outreach and thoughtful follow-through
-Identify and develop opportunities for meaningful partnerships and long-term growth
-Engage with partners through meetings, presentations, and relevant industry interactions
-Contribute market insights and partner feedback to support ongoing brand positioning and strategy
Profile
-Brings the right mindset, with a focus on authenticity, accountability, and driving outcomes with
right intent.
-3–6 years of experience within luxury travel, hospitality, or boutique agencies
-A strong understanding of the travel and hospitality market, with relevant industry connections
-Well-presented, articulate, and instinctively relationship-driven
-An appreciation for experiential, design-led, and high-touch hospitality
-Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and a quality-first approach
Qualifications
-A background in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism (degree or hotel school)
Must Have
-Prior experience within the luxury hospitality or travel space
