Your Role (What You’ll Own)
- Hunt and close new B2B clients (FMCG, Retail, Cosmetics, D2C)
- Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Build strong relationships and convert them into repeat revenue accounts
- Sell solutions, not SKUs — understand client problems and solve them
- Handle pricing smartly while protecting margins and profitability
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure execution matches promise
What We’re Looking For
- Proven closer mindset (not just lead generator)
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Experience in printing / packaging / POSM / advertising / BTL preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- High ownership and “get it done” attitude
What You’ll Do
- Hunt and convert new B2B clients (FMCG, Retail, Cosmetics, D2C, Pharma, Liquor etc)
- Own the complete sales cycle — prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Sell end-to-end solutions related to Print, Packaging and POSM and not individual products
- Build strong accounts and convert them into repeat revenue engines.
- Manage pricing smartly while protecting margins
- Work with internal & external teams to ensure execution matches commitment
What Makes You a Fit
- 4–8 years of hardcore B2B sales experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong client network is a big plus
- Prior experience in printing, packaging, POSM, advertising, or related industries preferred
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation & commercial acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast, high-ownership environment
- Zero-excuse mindset
