Dexter Energy is looking for a dynamic professional with strong Solar EPC experience to work closely with the leadership team on project execution, client coordination, and internal operations.
This role blends technical understanding, operational ownership, client-handling ability, and strong cross-functional coordination. You will take part in client meetings, support strategic discussions, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the smooth execution of ongoing solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects
- Coordinate with clients and serve as a key point of contact
- Support leadership in strategic planning and client discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule
- Provide technical and operational oversight across active projects
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in the solar industry
- Strong understanding of Solar EPC project execution
- Excellent coordination, communication, and client-handling skills
- Based in Gurgaon or willing to commute to Gurgaon
