About AIC-SKU
AIC-SKU Confederation is an Atal Incubation Centre supported by Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, Government of India, and Andhra Pradesh Innovation Society. Based at Sri Krishnadevaraya University, AIC-SKU is committed to building a vibrant innovation and startup ecosystem by supporting startups, innovators, students, MSMEs, researchers, and entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a passionate professional to lead incubation programs, startup operations, and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute incubation and entrepreneurship programs.
- Manage the complete startup lifecycle—from scouting and onboarding to mentoring, monitoring, and graduation.
- Organize innovation challenges, hackathons, boot camps, workshops, and training programs.
- Monitor project deliverables, KPIs, timelines, and reporting.
- Coordinate with startups, mentors, government departments, universities, and ecosystem partners.
- Maintain operational MIS, SOPs, documentation, dashboards, and compliance records.
- Support proposal writing, grant implementation, and organizational reporting.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications
Essential
- Ph.D. or UG & PG Degree in Science, Engineering, or Management.
Experience
Either:
- Ph.D. with at least 2 years' experience in a Government-recognized incubation centre and minimum 1 year as Executive/Associate/Fellow.
OR
- Master's Degree with at least 4 years' experience in a Government-recognized incubation centre, including 2 years in startup operations, incubation programs, investments, partnerships, or ecosystem development.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in startup incubation or incubator setup.
- Exposure to AgriTech, Food Processing, Energy, Circular Economy, or Deep Tech.
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems.
- Experience in academic innovation ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
Compensation
- Salary up to ₹50,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience).
- Contract extendable based on performance and availability of funds.
