The Role
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Pre-Incubation Manager to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of SIE's pre-incubation programs. This is an end-to-end ownership role — from founder engagement and program execution to outcome tracking and team leadership — ideal for someone passionate about building the next generation of startups.
Key Responsibilities
🚀 Program Ownership & Execution
- Manage end-to-end delivery of the Nirmaan pre-incubation program
- Coordinate cohort onboarding, application reviews, and evaluation processes (Pratham-to-Akshar)
- Oversee workshop scheduling and feedback collection
🤝 Startup Pipeline & Founder Engagement
- Maintain cohort records, monitor team activity, and re-engage inactive founders
- Facilitate AWS credits, intern hiring, and administrative support for Nirmaan teams
🎓 Mentorship & Program Design
- Schedule and facilitate Abhyasa one-on-one mentoring sessions with domain experts
- Document session minutes with actionable follow-ups and contribute to program improvement
📋 Scholarships, Grants & Compliance
- Coordinate UGFIR/PGFIR scholarships and prepare grant utilization reports
- Ensure timely compliance through accurate documentation and reporting
📊 Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track cohort KPIs, outcome metrics, and prepare impact summaries for stakeholders
👥 Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination
- Guide junior team members and coordinate with students, mentors, founders, and institutional stakeholders
- Build scalable processes for program continuity and growth
Qualifications
✅ Required: BBA (Entrepreneurship / Marketing) · B.A. (Economics / Public Policy) · B.Sc. (Entrepreneurship / Innovation)
⭐ Preferred: MBA (Entrepreneurship / Strategy / Marketing) · M.A. (Economics / Development Studies / Public Policy) · Master's in Innovation / Entrepreneurship
🕐 Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in startup ecosystems, incubation programs, or innovation management
