🚀 Hiring: Manager / Associate Manager – Power BI
📍 Location: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad
We are looking for experienced and dynamic professionals for Manager and Associate Manager – Power BI roles to drive analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
🔹 Role Overview
- Manager – Power BI: 15+ years of experience with strong leadership exposure (3+ years managing teams)
- Associate Manager – Power BI: 12+ years of experience with hands-on expertise and emerging leadership capabilities
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Power BI developers and data analysts.
- Technical Excellence: Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Data Modeling & Optimization: Build complex DAX measures, manage data models, and optimize performance for large datasets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and understand end-to-end architecture.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure data security, governance, and adherence to organizational policies.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service), DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M)
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and relational databases
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and performance optimization
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- Experience with Tableau, OBIEE, or Azure technologies is an added advantage
