At Meatigo, we deliver premium fresh meat and gourmet food across dark stores in 9 Indian cities — and we're looking for a sharp, ownership-driven Operations Manager to run our last mile engine.
📍 Location: Gurugram (NCR)
🕐 Experience: 4–7 years | F&B / Q-Commerce / Logistics preferred

What you'll own:
→ Last mile performance — SLA compliance, on-time delivery, and RTO reduction
→ DE (Delivery Executive) rostering: FT/PT shift planning, zone allocation, utilization
→ Vendor management: Last mile partners, rate card enforcement, invoice audits
→ Store ops health: packing, dispatch, cold chain readiness, weekly ops reviews
→ Data & reporting: weekly dashboards, CPD, OTD, SLA zone coverage metrics
→ Cross-functional coordination: customer support loops, campaign capacity planning, finance reconciliation

What we're looking for:
✅ Multi-city delivery network experience
✅ Strong Excel skills
✅ 3PL / last mile vendor management & negotiations
✅ Data-driven mindset — build metrics from scratch, not just read dashboards
✅ High ownership, low ego — you solve problems before escalating them
Good to have: F&B / cold-chain exposure, familiarity with SLA zone polygon mapping, DE workforce planning at scale.
