๐ Role Overview
Lead India Foundation is seeking a highly driven and execution-oriented Manager โ Operations & CSR Programs to lead CSR partnerships, volunteer ecosystem development, financial coordination, and end-to-end program execution.
This is a multi-dimensional, high-impact role requiring strong ownership across CSR fundraising, operations, finance coordination, training programs, and stakeholder engagement. The role demands the ability to connect corporates, institutions, volunteers, and internal teams, and convert ideas into funded projects and measurable impact.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying CSR opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals and presentations, and proactively reaching out to CSR Heads and decision-makers through meetings, networking, and cold outreach to secure funding. This includes organizing meetings with the Board of Trustees, presenting documentation, and driving the entire lifecycle from engagement to closure.
You will manage the execution of CSR-funded projects end-to-end, including receiving funds, ensuring proper documentation, preparing utilization certificates, coordinating 80G certificates, and maintaining compliance and audit readiness. You will also build strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions, identify infrastructure and student development needs, and design CSR-funded initiatives.
The role includes building and managing a strong volunteer and trainer ecosystem by registering volunteers, issuing ID cards and social credit certificates, and engaging corporate volunteers in community initiatives. You will recruit trainers and staff, coordinate training programs, develop and manage training content, and ensure proper documentation, event reporting, photos, and KPI tracking.
You will oversee operational finance activities including monthly payments, banking coordination, payroll support, accounting processes, audit coordination, and compliance. You will also contribute to financial tracking, budgeting inputs, and reporting aligned with program execution.
Additionally, you will drive digital engagement by posting event updates, managing social media presence, maintaining website updates, and building strong online connections with volunteers, institutions, and CSR stakeholders. You will also conduct internet research to identify new CSR opportunities and partnerships.
You will act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders including CSR executives, school management, volunteers, trainers, and compliance authorities, ensuring seamless coordination across all activities and initiatives.
๐ง Qualifications & Experience
- Masterโs degree in Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Social Work, or related field
- 2โ4 years of experience in:
- Nonprofit organizations
- Corporate CSR teams
- Program management / operations roles
- Experience in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or social impact programs is highly desirable

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
- Working knowledge of accounting processes and accounting packages
- Exposure to banking, payroll coordination, and financial tracking
- Experience in content development and training coordination
- Familiarity with social media management and website maintenance
