- CNC machining knowledge & Assembly knowledge

- Knowledge on Modern Manufacturing techniques.

- Knowledge on Six sigma is an added advantage

- People Management Skills
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the CNC Machine Shop and Assembly departments
- Ensure that production schedules are met and products are manufactured to the required specifications
- Manage the resources, including manpower, machines, and materials, required for production
- Develop and implement processes, procedures & man power to improve efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the CNC machines and assembly equipment
- Identify and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering and Quality Assurance, to achieve overall company objectives.
- Ensure proper 5s in the shop floor and create the 5s culture in the shop floor.
- Effectively control & Monitor the Work in progress Inventory level.
- Create Continuous Improvement culture in the shop floor.
- Create the culture of structured problem solving techniques among the supervisor levels.
- Create Quality circle concepts among the operator level and make operators to understand MY MACHINE Concept.
- Periodically plot Skill matrix and train the people accordingly.
- Qualification : BE Mechanical engineering Experience : 15 to 20 years of experience in CNC machine shop / Assembly Shop
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Technical proficiency in CNC machines and assembly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
