As a manager, you would involve working closely with clients in understanding their requirement for investment deals in structured finance space. You will oversee a variety of processes, including Deal Onboarding, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees, and external payments. These functions cover a wide range of clients and a complex product range, which includes Asset Backed Lending/NAV Financing/Subline Financing. Additionally, you would also be responsible for closely monitoring and guiding your team daily to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. You need to facilitate the team in researching across various financial and legal agreements and in monitoring and reporting key metrics of various investments.

Work closely with the clients in supporting them for investment transactions across Alternative Investments/Corporate
Loan/Infrastructure deals/ etc.
ï
Serve as the SME, handling complex process-related queries and resolve them.
ï
Supervise processes like Deal Closing, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Prepayments and Cash/Invoice Reconciliation.
ï
Monitor the team daily to ensure all SLAs are met and escalate exceptions immediately for resolution.
ï
Ensure adherence to Quality & Quantity SLAs and maintain a robust workflow allocation model.
ï
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge and familiarization with a range of securities and investments, their standard treatments and applicable cash flows
ï
Implement a robust Knowledge Management model, including SOP maintenance and training.
ï
Drive 100% compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls.
ï
Motivate and support team members to meet goals and planning for their development.

Experience/ Skill
Set
Broadunderstandingof theStructured Financeproduct/ corporate credit landscape/Alternative Investments (Predominantly into Leverage Financing)
Good understanding of financial concepts and strong understanding of excel.
Prior experience in leading a team.
Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict and aggressive deadlines
Desired Candidate
Profile
Desired candidate must have graduated / MBA/ advanced degree in finance with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the finance domain such as corporate loans/Alternative Investments
Prior experience with Investment Bank, Investment Management firm or Financial Advisory firm, preferable
Should have at least 2 years of experience in people management and handling clients.
