🚨 Hiring | Manager – IT Compliance (Central Compliance Team) | Banking 🚨
We are looking for a Central Compliance professional to drive IT regulatory compliance and risk oversight within a leading BFSI organization.
This is a role focused on ensuring alignment with RBI, SEBI, and IT regulatory mandates—not an IT operations role.
Location: Mumbai
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions, CSITE, SEBI guidelines
- Act as SPOC for regulatory interactions (RBI, SEBI, NPCI)
- Drive IT compliance frameworks, policies & SOPs
- Conduct and review IT compliance risk assessments
- Manage regulatory audits & inspections
- Support ISMS and enterprise compliance risk systems
🎯 Ideal Profile
- 5–8 years in IT Compliance / IT Risk / IT Audit (Banking)
- Strong exposure to RBI/SEBI regulations & audits
- Experience in regulatory inspections & compliance governance
- Certifications like CISA / CISM / CISSP preferred
