Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, requires managing relationships with investors and capital partners. The Manager – Investor Relations & Capital Partnerships will be responsible for investor communications, preparing financial presentations, managing fundraising efforts, analyzing market trends, and developing tailored partnership strategies. This role also involves active coordination with internal teams to support investment opportunities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Investor Relations, including the ability to manage and foster relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency in evaluating market trends and investment opportunities
- Proven expertise in Finance and Investments, with a focus on private credit, equity, venture debt, and REIT strategies
- Experience in Financial Modeling, including creating detailed financial analyses and presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and investment platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA certification is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and contribute to strategic initiatives
