Key Responsibilities
1. Partnerships & Alliances
- Manage and expand global collaborations, MoUs, and exchange partnerships.
- Identify and onboard new partners across academia, industry, and international bodies.
- Drive student/faculty mobility, dual degrees, and global internship initiatives.
2. International Strategy & Representation
- Execute the institution’s internationalization roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
- Represent the organization at global forums, conferences, and embassy engagements.
- Track global education trends, accreditations, and best practices.
3. Exchange & Academic Programs
- Lead student exchange, study abroad, and short-term international programs.
- Collaborate with academic teams on curriculum alignment and credit mapping.
- Manage inbound delegations and cross-cultural initiatives.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Oversee MoUs, agreements, and partnership documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (UGC/AICTE/MoE).
- Develop reports, proposals, and leadership dashboards.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including universities, embassies, and industry partners.
- Ensure seamless execution of international initiatives across functions.
Qualifications & Experience
• Master’s degree in International Relations, Education Management, Business Management,
Social Sciences, or related fields.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience handling international affairs in a university,
higher-education institution, or global education ecosystem.
• Proven track record of developing and managing global partnerships and mobility programs.
Preferred
• Experience working in or collaborating with leading private universities in India or overseas.
• Exposure to global academic frameworks, credit transfer systems, and international
accreditation processes.
• Experience handling MoUs, policy documents, and international program structuring.
