We are looking for a Manager – Institutional Funding with strong exposure to debt markets and financial modelling to join our Treasury team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fundraising through NCDs, Commercial Papers (CP), and bank borrowings
- Work closely with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders
- Build and analyze financial models, cash flow projections, IRR, DSCR
- Support debt structuring, syndication, and funding strategies
- Prepare lender presentations, CMA data, and financial reports
- Coordinate with rating agencies, trustees, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets / Treasury / Investment Banking
- Hands-on experience in financial modelling and debt structuring
- Exposure to debt instruments (NCD, CP, term loans, bonds)
- Strong numerical, analytical, and calculation skills
- Experience working on live funding / syndication deals
Preferred Background
- NBFC / Bank Treasury
- Investment Banking (Debt Syndication / Project Finance)
- Strong academic background (CA / MBA Finance preferred)
