Manager – Inbound Sales & Operations (Ayurveda & Wellness)
Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Manager – Inbound Sales & Operations within the South India, Wellness & Sri Lanka Division. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in inbound tour operations, costing, itinerary planning, destination knowledge, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive costing for inbound travel products and packages.
- Design and curate customised itineraries for South India, Wellness, and Sri Lanka based on client and partner requirements.
- Manage end-to-end operations for bookings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, transporters, and other suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strong knowledge of South India, Ayurveda & Wellness, and Sri Lanka destinations, products, and market trends.
- Support sales activities through product expertise and operational coordination.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and client concerns.
- Maintain high service quality standards and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Operations within the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven experience in handling the inbound travel market.
- Strong expertise in costing and itinerary preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of South India, Ayurveda & Wellness, and Sri Lanka destinations/products.
- Strong understanding of travel operations and service delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and team management capabilities suitable for a managerial role.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
