Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Manager – Human Resources. The manager will oversee and implement HR strategies aligning with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities will include recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, policy development, compliance with labor laws, and supporting talent development initiatives. The role will also require managing employee relations, overseeing performance evaluations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations to foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Retention
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Engagement, and Conflict Resolution
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Standards
- Experience in Performance Management and Organizational Development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in or familiarity with the facility management or related industry is an added advantage
