What you
'll own:
🔹 Hiring and onboarding for our new central team, plus training programmes for our outlets
🔹 Drafting and managing franchise agreements, lease and rental agreements, employment contracts and NDAs
🔹 Statutory compliance: PF, ESI, labour codes, POSH, FSSAI and trade licence tracking
🔹 Setting up and running our new office
You'll b
e a great fit if you have:
✅ 6–10 years of experience across HR and legal or contract work
✅ An LLB, or an MBA in HR with strong drafting experience
✅ Experience in QSR, retail, F&B or a franchise business (a big plus)
✅ Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi
