We Are Hiring | Manager – HR, IR & Labour Compliance
Shri Ashutosh Structures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced professional to manage HR operations and statutory labour compliance for our manufacturing facilities.
Location: Raipur
Industry: Steel Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations for plant workforce
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws including PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity and Factory Act
• Implement and monitor the new Labour Codes and statutory requirements
• Handle Industrial Relations and maintain smooth relations with workmen and contractors
• Manage contractor labour compliance and documentation
• Coordinate audits, inspections and statutory filings
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with Factory Safety and statutory registers
• Liaise with government departments such as Labour Office, PF, ESI, Factory Inspectorate
Qualifications & Experience:
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
• 7–12 years of experience in manufacturing / steel / engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance and IR
• Experience in handling statutory audits and government inspections
