Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager – HR & Admin based in Ranchi. The Manager – HR & Admin will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee engagement, and compliance with organizational policies. The role will also include managing administrative operations like procurement, logistics, office management, compliance, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Responsibilities will require leadership in identifying and implementing HR best practices, monitoring performance management systems, and supporting organization-wide initiatives as required.
Location: Ranchi (Full Time)
Qualifications
- HR Management: Knowledge of employee recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and maintaining HR policies.
- Administrative Expertise: Experience in office management, procurement, and ensuring procedural compliance.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong abilities in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and fostering collaboration.
- Organizational & Analytical Abilities: Competence in coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving for operational efficiency.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll systems and MS Office tools.
- Understanding of non-profit sector operations and development initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
