Job Title: Manager – Hospital Licensing & Empanelment

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional who will be responsible for hospital regulatory licensing, statutory compliance, private insurance empanelments, CGHS/ECHS/ESI empanelments, and other government panels.
The role directly impacts hospital revenue, compliance standing, and operational expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and renew all statutory licenses, including Clinical Establishment registration, Fire NOC, Pollution Control / Biomedical Waste authorization, Pharmacy Drug License
2. Liaise with local health authorities and municipal bodies
3. Ensure zero compliance gaps and timely renewals
4. Maintain documentation and inspection readiness
5. Manage end-to-end empanelment process for:
Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS)
Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS), State government health schemes
6. Prepare documentation, coordinate inspections
7. Negotiate package rates where applicable
Ensure compliance with scheme guidelines
Required Qualifications
Graduate (MBA / MHA preferred)
4-5 years experience in hospital compliance & empanelment
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment in India
Proven track record of handling CGHS & private insurance empanelments
Experience managing government inspections
