Manager – Financial Reporting, Consolidation & FP&A Support
Full-time | Location: Bengaluru | Reports to: Finance Leadership
About the Role
Finaspire Consulting Private Limited is hiring a Manager to own and run our established global consolidation, financial reporting, and FP&A support process for a US-based PE-backed SaaS client in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Own
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Run the monthly consolidated financials process (Balance Sheet / P&L / Cash Flow / Key Metrics) across 4 subsidiaries in multiple geographies, including MoM and YTD variance analysis for executive review.
- Maintain the monthly business review package for CFO-investor meetings (Cash, Bookings, ARR, Rule of 40, headcount commentary).
- Deliver preliminary monthly results with full metrics and variance detail for early executive visibility during the monthly close.
- Report monthly/quarterly financials and metrics via the investor's Jedox reporting platform.
Financial Planning & Analysis Support
- Maintain the Budget vs. Actuals reporting process with commentary for revenue and cost lines, including compensation and headcount reporting.
- Partner with the FP&A Director on cost driver analysis and forecast trends across sales and expenses.
- Support quarterly board reporting with financial metrics, cash flow performance, per-head compensation tracking, and attrition analysis.
Technical Accounting (US GAAP)
- Maintain accounting processes for Operating Leases (ASC 842), Term Loan/DDTL debt (ASC 470/835), and partner commission expense (ASC 606).
- Co-ordinate audit support for year-end close — reconciling adjustments, booking final AJEs, and rolling forward the balance sheet.
What We're Looking For
- CA with 2 - 3 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or FP&A, ideally within a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP (Revenue Recognition ASC 606, Leases 842, Debt 470/835 exposure a plus).
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; familiarity with Jedox or similar investor reporting platforms a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
