Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Manager – Finance & Accounts at one of our clients in Mumbai. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the organization’s financial control framework. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, inventory accounting, taxation, and import–export transactions, along with the ability to build and lead a finance team as the organization grows.
Qualifications
- Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a trading or import–export organization
- Proficiency in Finance and Account Management
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts for trading operations
- Handle accounting for import and export transactions
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
- Proficiency in accounting/ERP software
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Leadership mindset with ability to scale the finance function
