Position: Exports & EPC Business Development
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Agra
Travel: Required (Domestic & International)
Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday Fixed Off)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and confident professional to drive international expansion and Private EPC business development. The role involves developing export markets, building EPC partnerships, and managing techno-commercial engagements across domestic and global territories.
Key Responsibilities
Export & International Business Development
- Identify and develop new export markets and overseas client relationships
- Handle international enquiries, RFQs, and techno-commercial negotiations
- Build strong relationships with distributors, utilities, and global EPC players
- Contribute to expanding Trafo Power’s international presence
EPC & Domestic Business Development
- Engage with Solar, Wind, and infrastructure EPC companies
- Review BOQs, tender documents, and technical specifications
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Close orders and ensure seamless handover to execution teams
Brand Representation & Market Development
- Represent Trafo Power at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development (Exports/EPC preferred)
- Experience in Transformers, Electrical Equipment, EPC, or Renewable Energy sectors
- Strong English communication and professional presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage techno-commercial negotiations
- Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech (Electrical) and/or MBA (Marketing/International Business) preferred
- Exposure to export documentation and international market operations
- Experience in Solar or Renewable Energy projects
