Manager – Event Strategy & Operations
Location: Bangalore, India

The MissionAt Benchmark Experiences, we don’t just execute events; we architect them. We are looking for a hybrid leader who can live in two worlds: the Creative Dream (winning the pitch with stunning strategy and decks) and the Operational Reality (executing the finalised plan, QC alignment, guarding the P&L and the console).
You are the "Master of the Event Bible"—the person who ensures that what we promise in the boardroom is delivered flawlessly on the ballroom floor.
The Three Pillars of Your Role
1. The Architect (Pitch & Strategy)- Winning the Bid: Partner with the Creative Lead to turn briefs into "The Winning Story." You own the logic, flow, and professional aesthetic of the pitch deck.
- Deck Mastership: High-level PPT expertise is your primary tool. You build the structure that sells the vision.
- Ops Ideation: Infuse every proposal with technical innovation—spatial mapping, guest journeys, and "wow" tech.
2. The Optimizer (Finance & Planning)
- Profit Engineering: Create dual-purpose budgets—maximizing value for the client while shielding Benchmark’s internal margins.
- The Master Checklist: Architect a granular 360-degree event manual covering every wire, print, and permit.
- Vendor QC: Audit suppliers for reliability. You ensure our production partners are as high-standard as our brand.
3. The Commander (Execution & Closure)
- Console Leadership: Own the Show-Flow. From dry runs to the final "Action" cue, you are the voice in the headset ensuring a zero-error show.
- Scope Guard: Protect the project from unbilled additions. You handle the "add-ons" with client approvals and cost-clarity.
- Closure: Deliver the final P&L (JCA Report), manage asset recovery, and oversee the creation of the event highlighter film.
The Benchmark DNA
- Technical Intuition: You speak the language of AV, LED configurations, and stage fabrication.
- PPT/Excel Wizardry: You can tell a story on a slide and balance a budget on a sheet.
- Regulatory Knowledge: You know your way around music licenses (IPRS/PPL), police NOCs, and safety protocols.
- Executive Presence: You are the "calm in the storm" for both our internal teams and the client.
