🚀 Hiring: Manager – Equity & Derivatives Dealing
Lead a High-Performance Dealing Team | Drive Revenue | Mentor Future Dealers
📍 Location: Sadashiva Nagar, Bengaluru
Are you an experienced Equity & Derivatives Dealer with a proven track record in team leadership, revenue generation, and client servicing?
We're looking for a Manager – Equity & Derivatives Dealing to lead our dealing desk, mentor dealers, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Who Can Apply?
B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA Finance or equivalent.
3–5 years of Equity & Derivatives dealing experience with a Full-Service Stock Broking Company.
Experience managing a dealing team.
Strong knowledge of NSE/BSE platforms and market operations.
NISM Certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Equity & Derivatives Dealing Desk.
Drive brokerage revenue and client engagement.
Achieve revenue, AUM, activation, and cross-selling targets.
Cross-sell TPP products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds & Insurance.
Train, mentor, and monitor dealer performance.
Build strong client relationships.
Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and internal policies.
