Aadi Sustainability Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ASSPL) is a next-generation garments manufacturing company building one of India’s most advanced circular and sustainable apparel ecosystems.
Our mission is to make sustainable fashion commercially scalable by integrating recycled materials, AI-enabled operations, traceability, resource-efficient manufacturing and global compliance. As we scale, we’re looking for someone who can help build the digital backbone of our business.
This is not a traditional MIS role.
You’ll work directly with the Founder, COO and leadership team to design and implement the systems that power decision-making across production, planning, finance, HR, sustainability and business operations.

Busy ERP & Stitch MES Integration
Process Automation & Workflow Design
Data Analytics & KPI Monitoring
Management Information Systems (MIS)
AI-enabled Business Operations
We’re looking for someone who has
• 5–10 years of experience in MIS, Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence or Operations Excellence
• Experience in manufacturing, textiles or industrial operations (preferred)
• Strong expertise in Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Looker Studio and business analytics
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and automation tools
• A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to convert business challenges into digital solutions
