Pepper Media is looking for a smart, curious and hands-on Digital Media & AI Content Solutions Manager to work across our growing portfolio of digital media projects.
This is not a conventional content manager role. We’re looking for someone who understands digital content, video and social platforms, is excited about the rapid changes happening in AI and media technology, and is equally comfortable working with clients and internal teams.
What you'll work on
You will be involved across a diverse range of projects, including:
- YouTube channel management and growth – content strategy, programming, optimisation, analytics and monetisation
- Video and digital content solutions for brands, media companies and platforms
- AI-powered video and content creation using emerging generative AI tools
- Audio Description, Closed Captioning and accessibility solutions for video and OTT content
- OTT and digital content operations
- Social media and short-form video
- Exploring new AI tools, workflows and technologies that can improve the way content is created, localised, managed and distributed
- Developing presentations, proposals and new ideas for clients
- Coordinating with editorial, video, design and technology teams to execute projects
- Tracking new developments across YouTube, OTT, AI, video and the broader digital media ecosystem
What we're looking for
We'd ideally like someone with 2–4 years of experience in digital media, content, video, social media, an agency, OTT, a digital publisher or a related business.
More importantly, you should have:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- A very good understanding of digital content and video
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and generative AI
- A strong understanding of YouTube and social platforms
- The ability to research, ideate and put together compelling presentations and proposals
- Curiosity about how AI is transforming the media and entertainment industry
- The ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership
- A willingness to learn quickly and experiment with new technologies
