Job Summary:We are looking for a performance-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive high-quality leads, conversions, and measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate should be data-oriented, execution-focused, and capable of handling multiple campaigns across industries, especially in performance-heavy environments.
Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads):- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals such as lead generation, conversions, and ROI maximization.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and monitor spend vs performance.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:- Develop structured campaign strategies including audience targeting, funnel creation, ad creatives, and landing page alignment.
- Create and test multiple ad variations (copies, creatives, formats) to improve performance.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to improve conversion rates.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:- Monitor campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyze key metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and optimize accordingly.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously refine campaigns for better outcomes.
Analytics & Reporting:- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard to track and analyze performance.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and insights for internal teams and clients.
- Translate data into actionable insights and optimization strategies.
Content & Creative Coordination:- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies and creatives.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all paid campaigns.
Client & Stakeholder Management:- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, sales, strategy) to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and strategies to stakeholders or clients when required.
Platform & Trend Updates:- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems.
- Implement new features, formats, and strategies to maintain competitive performance.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ year of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and conversion tracking.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in lead generation campaigns (especially real estate, education, healthcare, etc.)
- Understanding of landing page optimization and funnel strategy
- Basic knowledge of tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Pixels, and Events
