Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive professional to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from onboarding through successful delivery and expansion. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementations, efficient project delivery, and strong customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine project management skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Manage onboarding processes including contract coordination, compliance requirements, pricing approvals, and access provisioning.
- Implementation & Project Delivery: Oversee implementation timelines, support go-live processes, and ensure customers realize value from the solution post-deployment.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, legal, and business teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational workflows that can be streamlined or automated using technology solutions.
- Customer Growth & Expansion: Contribute to revenue growth by enabling successful deployments and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
- Customer Enablement: Support users with guidance, training, and resources to maximize product adoption and long-term success.

- High ownership, curiosity, and strong execution skills.
Good-to-Have
- 1–4 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer success, or solutions roles.
- Familiarity with enterprise operational functions such as finance, procurement, or compliance processes.
- Basic understanding of automation or AI-driven solutions in business operations.
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments.
