Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Manager – Content & Curriculum Architecture with 10+ years of deep-tech experience. This is not a traditional university role; it is the driving force behind an elite 'Industrial Hardening Center' designed exclusively for B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. graduates.
You will lead the design of agile, high-intensity industrial sprint programs (3, 6, 9, and 12 months) that bridge the gap between academic theory and high-complexity industrial application. Acting as the critical link between world-class research and commercial productization, you will ensure our graduates become the "Day-1 Productive" talent demanded by global deep-tech giants. This role demands a rare blend of academic leadership, industry depth, modern LMS architecture skills, and startup agility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Curriculum Architecture & LMS Deployment:
- Sprint-Based Design: Architect modular programs where the sprint duration dictates the technical complexity of the systems a student/trainee can independently engineer across Aerospace, Space, Semiconductors, Health-tech, AI, Advanced Manufacturing, and Cybersecurity.
- LMS Operationalization: Spearhead the setup, configuration, and management of a highly technical Learning Management System (LMS). Translate complex proprietary industry data into structured, trackable digital learning pathways.
- Targeted Intake: Collaborate with recruitment teams to position the curriculum to attract strictly high-caliber graduate and post-graduate engineering talent.
2. Global Diplomacy & Partner Integration:
- Ecosystem Liaison: Serve as the primary technical bridge to collate information and develop robust course content with premier institutions and Tier-1 industry partners.
- Centers of Excellence: Drive the curriculum design for emerging Centers of Excellence alongside our global partners.
3. Industry Governance & Applied Innovation:
- Empowered Governance: Support and directly interface with the Industry Advisory Board (IAB), composed of global CTOs and technical leaders.
- Market-Responsive Agility: Operationalize a quarterly curriculum update cycle dictated by the IAB to ensure real-time response to market deficits and technology shifts.
- Practitioner Model (60/40): Maintain a delivery model comprising 60% instruction by industry experts in applied labs, and 40% by core faculty for structural continuity.
- Outcome-Driven Capstones: Work with Project Managers to ensure all final projects address live, commercial problem statements provided by OEM partners.
4. Employability & Placement Outcomes:
- 100% Placement Architecture: Align the curriculum strictly with high-demand, high-value job roles in critical technology domains.
- Global Validation: Integrate highly sought-after industry certifications, internships, and project-based hiring pathways into the core learning journey.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years spanning high-tech domains (Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductors, Medtech, AI, or Advanced Manufacturing) with hands-on experience in technical curriculum design or enterprise training.
- Academic Credentials: Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree from a top-tier global or premier institution.
- The Bridge Builder: A proven track record of moving seamlessly between high-level academic research, digital learning platforms (LMS), and ruthless industrial execution.
