🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Collections Strategy Manager who can drive end-to-end collections performance across digital channels and partner ecosystems.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Collections operations
- Digital collections
- Partner management
If you’ve handled DPD buckets, digital campaigns, and agency management, this role is for you.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Own collections performance across assigned DPD buckets / portfolios
- Design and execute bucket-wise recovery strategies
- Run digital collection campaigns (IVR, WhatsApp, SMS, auto-dialer, email)
- Manage third-party collection agencies & partners
- Track resolution rates, roll-forward, and recovery metrics
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines & fair practices
✅ Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in collections (Fintech / NBFC / Digital Lending)
- Deep understanding of DPD buckets & collections lifecycle (early to NPA)
- Hands-on with digital collections tools (dialer, WhatsApp, IVR, SMS campaigns)
- Experience managing collection agencies / external partners
- Strong data-driven decision making (segmentation, prioritization, reporting)
- Knowledge of RBI compliance & collections regulations
⭐ Good to Have
- Experience with CRM / collections platforms
- Exposure to automation in collections workflows
- Strong stakeholder management skills
