Job Title: Manager – Client Relations & Sales

The Client Relations & Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless execu on of both corporate events and weddings from pre-event coordination to post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term client rela onships through regular communication and proactive engagement, ensuring trust and repeat business
Understand client requirements in detail and deliver tailored solu ons, ensuring high levels of client sati sfaction throughout the engagement
Act as the first point of contact and proactively reach out to poten al clients and venues for empanelment opportuni es
Introduce Refuge Events, pitch services effec vely, and prepare customized proposals based on client requirements Event Lifecycle Management
Manage the complete event lifecycle from onboarding to post-event follow-up, ensuring expecta ons are clearly understood and consistently met at every stage
Ensure a seamless handover to the opera ons team with clear communication of client requirements, while staying involved as a liaison to maintain alignment and service quality Requirements: Strong client servicing and nego a on abili es with excellent communica on and presenta on skills, combined with a highly organized and detail oriented approach.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field with 3+ years of experience in client servicing in event industry.
