About Prime Ambit
Prime Ambit Private Limited is a technology and consulting firm focused on AI, Web3 infrastructure, automation systems, and scalable digital architecture. We're a lean team scaling fast, and we need a high-ownership operator to anchor daily execution, revenue operations, and internal people infrastructure as we grow.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role across three areas: driving revenue execution alongside the Sales Head, running the daily operating rhythm, and maintaining internal People Operations.
What You Will Do
1. Founder's Office Execution
- Translate the strategic priorities into daily execution across all teams (sales, tech, design, delivery).
- Act as the Founder's proxy: Have the judgment to make independent, day-to-day operational decisions to keep execution moving forward without waiting for top-down approvals.
- Build and maintain a Master Execution Tracker — clear owners, deadlines, evidence-based status updates.
- Prepare business decks, MIS dashboards, proposals, and reports to support decision-making.
- Act as the first line of defense for operational escalations — always with proposed solutions, ideally the leanest, lowest-cost path to resolution
- Bring structure to recurring rhythms — weekly reviews, goal tracking, follow-ups, documentation.
2. Revenue Execution & Sales Operations
- Work closely with the Sales Head to drive pipeline execution, revenue discipline, and cross-functional alignment — you're deeply involved in the revenue motion, not running it in isolation.
- Own pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline — every lead, touchpoint, and next step tracked; nothing slips.
- Produce weekly revenue MIS, funnel analytics, and conversion diagnostics to surface bottlenecks and inform decisions at the Founder and Sales Head level.
- Directly support high-value pursuits — proposal drafting, research, client prep, follow-ups, and deal-specific execution alongside the Sales Head and Founder.
- Coordinate outbound motion, lead flow, and meeting cadence — ensuring the sales engine runs with rhythm and zero drop-offs.
- Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Delivery, and the Founder — ensuring what's committed in sales conversations lands cleanly in execution.
3. Internal People Operations
- Maintain daily and periodic performance tracking and ensure optimal employee productivity
- Run structured performance appraisal cycles with clear expectations.
Who This Role is For
- Thrives in a high-autonomy environment: You are highly self-directed and have a massive bias for action. You take the initial orientation and run with it, escalating only the bottlenecks while independently managing the core business.
- Generalist by instinct — you don't draw lines around "my job" and "not my job."
- Commercial instinct — you understand that pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue discipline are as critical as payroll cycles and SOPs.
- Comfortable with revenue conversations — qualifying leads, drafting proposals, diagnosing stalled deals, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Sales Head.
- Resourceful operator instinct — you find scrappy, automation-first ways to get things done. You'd rather build a quick workflow, hack a free tool, or rewire a process than throw money or headcount at a problem.
- Cost-conscious by default — every subscription, vendor, and tool request gets a "do we actually need this?" filter from you. You hunt for free tiers, startup credits, and lighter alternatives before approving spend.
- Fluency with the modern AI and automation stack (n8n, Make/Zapier, OpenAI/Claude, common SaaS) — enough to challenge tool choices, timelines, and costs intelligently, and to spot when a paid tool can be replaced with something simpler.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. You rely on trackers and data, not memory.
- Excellent written and spoken English — clear, professional, direct.
- Not above unglamorous work — attendance sheets, CRM updates, follow-up emails. You see these as problems to solve well, not tasks beneath you.
- Calm under pressure. Comfortable with ambiguity.
- High ownership energy.
This Role is NOT For You If:
- You need remote/hybrid or a predictable 9-to-5 environment.
- You prefer a single functional lane and want to avoid revenue involvement, cross-team execution, or hands-on people operations.
- You think that this is an EA to the Founder role.
- You think People Ops is "admin work" beneath a Founder's Office title.
- You need defined role boundaries, fixed scopes, and established systems already in place.
- Your default instinct is to solve problems by buying a new tool, hiring more people, or subscribing to whatever a vendor recommends.
Good to Have
- IT/SaaS based Startup’s Founder's office experience.
- Exposure to Sales, Operations, Revenue tracking, or B2B pipeline management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and funnel reporting.
- Exposure to recruitment, HR operations, or people operations.
- Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, or any HRMS/ATS/CRM.
- Hands-on familiarity with n8n, Make, or Zapier — enough to review work, not necessarily build it.
- A track record of reducing tool spend, consolidating SaaS stacks, or finding automation-led workarounds to avoid hiring or paid tools.
Why Join Prime Ambit?
- Full-Stack Operator Seat: Drive revenue execution, anchor business operations, and build people infrastructure in one role.
- Full Autonomy on Decision : No middle management. Full autonomy on decisions. A steeper learning curve than most roles at this level.
- Financial Upside: Competitive base + variable pay and incentives tied to business milestones + Token allocation in Web3 projects.
