Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, create and share approved Business Requirement Document with expected tangible and intangible benefits with Digital Team.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact in Business for all IT & Digital Projects/ Program.
- Oversee integration of Digital and Analytics models into business processes.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and compliance standards.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectively to leadership.
- Monitor adoption, measure business value/ impact of delivered solutions, and share with leadership and Digital Team.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of business processes, data platforms, & analytics tools (Power BI).
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and Product Ownership.
- Familiarity with data engineering, data governance, and cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering/ computer science/ data science/ data analytics, or related field.
- Certifications in Agile Product Ownership, or Data Analytics preferred.
Experience
- 12–18 years of experience in data management, or business analytics or business process reengineering domain.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Product Manager or similar role.
