Job Summary We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our automotive wiring harness division. This role focuses on customer acquisition, account expansion, and strategic sales initiatives, while collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new OEM and Tier 1 accounts; expand existing relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve defined revenue and margin targets.
- Lead negotiations on pricing and contracts, ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular sales forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 7–12 years of business development or sales experience in automotive wiring harness or related components.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and market analysis skills.
- Technical understanding of wiring harness applications preferred.
