We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Budget & Costing to join our team and drive strong financial planning, project cost control, and strategic budgeting processes within the Real Estate / Construction industry.

Position Details- Experience: 8–10 years
- Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction
- Qualification: ICWA (CMA) – Mandatory
- Work Culture: 6 Days On-Site

Purpose of the RoleTo lead budgeting, costing, and financial control functions, ensuring:
✔ Project profitability
✔ Cost optimization
✔ Accurate financial reporting
✔ Strong financial governance

Key Responsibilities✅ Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and company budgets
✅ Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments
✅ Develop and manage standard costing systems
✅ Track project expenditures and identify cost deviations
✅ Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Finance & Accounts teams for efficiency
✅ Prepare MIS reports on budgeting, costing, and financial performance
✅ Support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
✅ Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
✅ Implement ERP-based costing and budgeting modules
✅ Support tendering, estimation, and valuation processes
