Manager – Bosch Large Engine Components

Role Description
We are looking for a Manager – Bosch Large Engine Components to support and expand our Bosch Components Division. The role involves handling operations related to diesel engine components, customer support, procurement coordination, inventory management, dealer development, and project execution.
The candidate will work closely with OEMs, customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, technical support, and smooth operational execution while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience
• Strong technical understanding of diesel engines and associated systems
• Experience in automotive, industrial, marine, or heavy engineering sectors
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory control, aftermarket support, and dealer networks
• Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills
• Ability to manage operations, vendor coordination, and process improvements
• Familiarity with quality systems, safety protocols, and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
• Prior experience with Bosch products or industrial engine components will be an advantage
