Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Manager – Application Support to lead and manage the performance of application support teams in providing first-rate service. This on-site role is based in Bengaluru South. The manager will handle escalations, oversee incident management and resolution, evaluate systems to identify areas for improvement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with service-level agreements and drive constant process improvement to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in Application Support methodologies, troubleshooting techniques, and system analysis
- Strong leadership, team management, and effective decision-making skills
- Proficiency in client relationship management and stakeholder communication
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service-level agreement (SLA) management is a plus
- Ability to work proactively, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in application support or relevant IT roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
