🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance
- Architect and oversee development of Text-to-Speech (TTS) and voice-based AI solutions
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI frameworks for real-world applications
- Drive development of speech processing systems, including voice enhancement and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance)
- Ensure adherence to documentation standards, governance, and compliance requirements
- Oversee end-to-end AI solution lifecycle (design → development → deployment → monitoring)
- Mentor team members and establish best practices for AI engineering
Qualifications
🔹 Required Skills Qualifications
✅ Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Text-to-Speech (TTS), voice AI, or speech processing
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI models
- Familiarity with ASR, TTS pipelines, or multimodal AI systems
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
✅ Leadership
- Proven experience managing engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery ownership
✅ Communication
- Excellent English communication (written verbal)
- Experience working with global teams
✅ Compliance Documentation
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven industries
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
🔹 Experience
- 7–12+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering
- 2–3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
Additional Information
🔹 Additional Requirements
- Comfortable working in US EST time zone (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
