The Role
We are looking for a proactive Manager – Administration who will be accountable for the smooth day-to-day running of all administrative activities across the organization.
You are organized, tech-savvy, and love using smart tools to simplify work, improve productivity, and keep everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for overall administration of office/factory operations and facilities
- Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, housekeeping, cafeteria, travel, and transport
- Maintain office assets, equipment, and overall facility upkeep to high standards
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, aesthetics, and pest control
- Maintain records, contract, and ensure policy and statutory compliance
- Lead and manage admin staff, housekeeping, drivers, and support teams
- Manage guest hospitality, events, and employee support services
- Create a positive and seamless experience for all stakeholders, including employees, visitors, and partners
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and well-maintained workplace that supports productivity and well-being
- Build strong coordination with vendors and partners to maintain an efficient support ecosystem
- Manage vendor selection, negotiations, contracts, AMCs, procurement, and performance while ensuring cost control
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and improving processes for better efficiency and experience
