We are looking for a Manager who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Role Overview
This is a leadership role requiring a professional who can manage client relationships, review deliverables, coordinate with internal teams, and drive projects to completion. While technical proficiency is essential, we are equally focused on finding someone who can communicate effectively, take ownership, and lead teams successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee multiple client engagements across accounting, compliance, and advisory functions.
Review accounting, financial reporting, and compliance deliverables prepared by the team.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional client service.
Manage team workloads, deadlines, and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter/IPCC cleared) preferred, or
Professionals with significant experience working in a Chartered Accountant firm.
5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, compliance, or professional services.
Strong technical knowledge of:
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Direct & Indirect Taxation
Financial Analysis
Compliance & Regulatory Matters
Experience reviewing work and managing teams is highly preferred.
Exposure to international accounting or tax environments will be an added advantage.
