Management Trainer – Business Mathematics & Professional Ethics
Alternative Title: Guest Lecturer / Associate Trainer – Quantitative Techniques & Management Ethics
Job Location: Greater Noida (On-Campus Presence Required)
Engagement Type: Contract Basis (6 Months Fixed Duration)
Schedule / Work Mode: Flexible Hybrid (2 to 3 Days/Week On-Site, Max 4 Days based on lecture schedule)

About the Role
Role Purpose: We are hiring a Management Trainer to deliver two core modules: Business Mathematics and Universal Human Values & Professional Ethics.
Objective: Equip post-graduate MBA students with both quantitative problem-solving tools and value-driven ethical decision-making abilities.
Contract Duration: Fixed-term contractual engagement lasting 6 months.
Location: On-site at our Greater Noida campus.
Work Schedule: Candidate is required on campus 2 to 3 days per week (flexible up to 4 days based on lecture schedule; 5 days full-time presence is NOT required).
Overview of the Role
Bridges analytical quantitative techniques with corporate ethical leadership.
Responsible for teaching curriculum modules, solving practical business case studies, and evaluating MBA student outcomes.
Suited for visiting faculty, corporate management trainers, or independent academic consultants.
What You Will Do
Teach Business Mathematics: Deliver structured classroom lectures on Matrix Algebra, Linear Systems, Calculus Applications, Financial Calculations, and Set Theory.
Teach Professional Ethics: Conduct interactive discussions on human values, self-regulation, societal harmony, and corporate ethical frameworks.
Facilitate Practical Application: Guide students through real-world business case studies, practical assignments, and mandatory self-study topics.
Evaluate & Mentor: Assess student learning, grade assignments, and ensure alignment with institutional learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Quantitative & Business Mathematics Facilitation:
Teach Matrix concepts including Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Inverse, Rank, Adjoint Method, and Gaussian Elimination.
Teach Business Calculus concepts including Differentiation, Integration, and Maxima/Minima optimization.
Cover Set Theory, Permutations & Combinations, Percentages, Ratios, Averages, AP/GP/HP Progressions, Simple Interest, and Compound Interest.
Universal Human Values & Professional Ethics Facilitation:
Teach Human Values foundation, holistic development, self-exploration, and differentiating needs vs. desires.
Lead discussions on harmony in self, family, society, and nature.
Facilitate case studies on professional ethics, humanistic constitution, eco-friendly business practices, and ethical decision-making.
Required Skills
Strong analytical ability to simplify complex mathematical, algebraic, and statistical concepts for management students.
Excellent classroom facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Expertise in using case-study teaching methodologies for ethics and management.
Proficiency in curriculum mapping and outcome-based education standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: MBA or Master's Degree in Management/Commerce. (Candidates with an explicit MBA degree and management background are strictly preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of active teaching or training experience at the post-graduate (MBA/PGDM) level. (Freshers will NOT be considered).
Location & Availability: Ability to commute to Greater Noida for 2–3 days per week.
Track Record: Proven track record of handling management-level coursework or corporate training modules.
