We're Hiring | Management Trainee – Sales
Buddhi Clinic | Chennai | Coimbatore | Indore | Vijayawada
Buddhi Clinic is a leading integrative brain & mind care centre founded by Dr. Ennapadam S. Krishnamoorthy. We specialise in advanced neuro rehabilitation and interventional neuropsychiatry.
We're looking for Management Trainees to join our Sales team across all four locations.
What you'll do:
• Visit hospitals, physicians, and specialists to build referral networks
• Engage with special schools, school counsellors, and educational institutions to generate awareness and patient referrals
• Generate patient leads for our advanced neuro rehab and interventional neuropsychiatry services
• Educate referring doctors and institutions about our treatment capabilities
• Conduct market mapping of hospitals, neurologists, psychiatrists, rehabilitation centres, and special education institutions in assigned territories
• Track lead pipeline and report to leadership
What we need:
• MBA / PGDM (Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred) – 0 to 2 years experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to be on the field daily
