About the Role
We are hiring high-potential finance professionals for a fast-track leadership role within our VCFO team.
This is not a conventional trainee position. You will take on early responsibility, combining execution with team management, financial review ownership, and client-facing exposure. You will work closely with Associates, Senior Associates, and Trainees to ensure accurate, timely, and insight-driven financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team across multiple client engagements
- Review monthly financial workflows including closures, reconciliations, and compliance readiness
- Drive preparation of MIS reports, financial analysis, and business insights
Analyze:
- Revenue trends and margins
- Cost structures and profitability
- Cash flows and working capital
- Balance sheet health
- Support debt analysis, DSCR, breakeven, and capital structuring
- Ensure timelines, quality, and delivery discipline across assignments
- Conduct first-level reviews before final submission to senior leadership
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for issue resolution
- Participate in founder/management discussions, contributing financial insights
- Mentor junior team members and enhance team capability
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified CA / CFA / CMA
- 0–2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of financial statements, MIS, and business finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Willingness to lead early and take responsibility
