Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee for the Healthcare Recruiter role. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing recruitment strategies, coordinating with clients, conducting interviews, and delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure recruitment processes run efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required
- Strong skills in Hiring and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Detail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in staffing or recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory
- A proactive approach, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
