Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee - TA (Talent Acquisition) based in Bengaluru. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting with talent acquisition activities, campus placement coordination, supporting candidate onboarding processes, and coordinating with teams to streamline recruitment operations. Additional tasks may include analyzing hiring needs, maintaining a candidate database, and performing administrative responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams
- Experience or enthusiasm for talent acquisition
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is an advantage
