Note: This is not a traditional sales-only role. It is an end-to-end business role involving sales, campaign execution, performance tracking, and ensuring overall campaign success.
Work Days: 6 days/week (Monday–Saturday)
Location: Pan India (Location based on Hometown)
Field Sales / Open to Travel
Requirement: Candidates must be comfortable with field work and possess a two-wheeler.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pitch, and onboard new educational institutions and training centers as B2B partners.
Conduct regular visits to assigned territories and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
Educate stakeholders about KollegeApply’s offerings and onboard them onto our platform.
Execute field marketing activities and ensure partner engagement through regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly targets on partner acquisition and lead generation.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution for onboarded partners, ensuring smooth delivery of leads and applications.
Track and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
Monitor and own key performance KPIs such as leads, applications, and conversions.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, content, operations) to ensure campaign success and delivery.
Ensure overall success of partner campaigns from onboarding to final outcomes.
Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for daily tasks including analysis, communication, and productivity enhancement.
Eligibility & Skills:
Recent graduates (any stream) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field sales and own a two-wheeler.
Proactive, target-oriented, and confident while dealing with people.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to work on data and derive insights.
Basic understanding of tools like Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
Familiarity or willingness to learn AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
